T&#234;te d&#233;j&#224; pleine.</p><p>En raccrochant le t&#233;l&#233;phone, j&#8217;ai senti ce qui se tramait &#224; l&#8217;int&#233;rieur de moi .. cette petite voix : <em>&#8220;Mais pourquoi j&#8217;ai encore dit oui ?!&#8221;</em></p><p>Parce qu&#8217;au fond &#8212; <strong>je savais. </strong>Je savais que je n&#8217;avais pas l&#8217;&#233;nergie. Je savais que je n&#8217;avais pas le temps. Je savais que j&#8217;avais besoin de souffler.</p><p><strong>Mais j&#8217;ai quand m&#234;me dit oui. </strong></p><div><hr></div><p>Et ce n&#8217;&#233;tait pas la premi&#232;re fois: Dire oui &#224; un service que je n&#8217;avais pas le temps de rendre. Dire oui &#224; une invitation alors que je r&#234;vais d&#8217;une soir&#233;e tranquille. Dire oui &#224; un projet de plus parce que je savais que personne d&#8217;autre ne le ferait.</p><p>Et ressentir dans la seconde qui suit ce m&#233;lange bizarre de fatigue, de frustration et parfois m&#234;me de col&#232;re contre moi-m&#234;me.</p><p><strong>Je me reconnais l&#224;-dedans. Et je parie que toi aussi.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127744; Le vrai probl&#232;me &#8212; ce n&#8217;est pas le mot &#8220;non&#8221;</strong></h3><p>Contrairement &#224; ce qu&#8217;on pourrait croire &#8212; <strong>le probl&#232;me n&#8217;est pas le mot &#8220;non&#8221;.</strong></p><p>Le probl&#232;me c&#8217;est tout ce qu&#8217;on imagine derri&#232;re.</p><p>Dire non c&#8217;est parfois avoir <strong>peur de d&#233;cevoir</strong>, <strong>peur d&#8217;&#234;tre per&#231;u comme &#233;go&#239;ste. </strong>Peur de passer pour quelqu&#8217;un de moins disponible, moins gentil, moins investi.</p><p>Et &#231;a &#8212; &#231;a ne vient pas de nulle part.</p><p>J&#8217;ai mis du temps &#224; comprendre &#231;a sur moi-m&#234;me &#8230; Vraiment longtemps.</p><p>Certaines d&#8217;entre nous ont grandi en apprenant qu&#8217;il fallait &#234;tre serviable. D&#8217;autres ont construit toute leur identit&#233; autour du fait d&#8217;&#234;tre <strong>celui sur qui tout le monde peut compter.</strong></p><p>Sans m&#234;me s&#8217;en rendre compte &#8212; on a associ&#233; notre valeur &#224; notre capacit&#233; &#224; r&#233;pondre pr&#233;sente.</p><p>Alors on aide, on soutient, on organise, on porte &#8230;</p><p><strong>Jusqu&#8217;au jour o&#249; le corps commence &#224; envoyer des messages.</strong></p><p>La fatigue s&#8217;installe, l&#8217;enthousiasme s&#8217;effrite peu &#224; peu, les petites choses qui faisaient tant plaisir deviennent des obligations .</p><p><strong>Et pourtant &#8212; on continue &#224; dire oui.</strong></p><p>Comme si prendre soin des autres &#233;tait devenu plus naturel que prendre soin de soi-m&#234;me.</p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#128148; Ce que &#231;a  co&#251;te vraiment</strong></h3><p>Les limites ne disparaissent jamais vraiment : quand elles ne sont pas exprim&#233;es, elles se manifestent autrement.</p><p>Par de la fatigue, par de l&#8217;irritation, par cette sensation d&#8217;&#234;tre constamment sollicit&#233;e sans jamais pouvoir souffler &#8230;. par des larmes  aussi qui arrivent sans raison apparente &#8230; ou simplement ta petite voix int&#233;rieure qui r&#233;p&#232;te tout bas : <em><strong>&#8220; Clairement l&#224; j&#8217;en peux plus.&#8221;</strong></em></p><p>Et pourtant &#224; chaque fois, on met du temps &#224; l&#8217;&#233;couter vraiment.</p><p>Parce qu&#8217;on nous apprend &#224; &#234;tre fiable, pr&#233;sente, disponible ! <br>Le pire s&#8217;est qu&#8217;on construit tout autour de cette image.</p><p><strong>Jusqu&#8217;au jour o&#249; &#8230; </strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127754;  Ce moment de bascule</strong></h3><p>C&#8217;est juste un matin ordinaire  &#8212; avec l&#8217;envie &#8220;de rien&#8221; comme un vide &#233;trange avec l&#8217;absence d&#8217;&#233;lan.</p><p>Et quand quelqu&#8217;un te demande ce jour-l&#224; <em><strong>&#8220;et toi, tu as besoin de quoi ?&#8221; &#8230; il n&#8217;y a pas forcement de r&#233;ponse</strong></em>.</p><p>Pas parce que l&#8217;on a besoin de rien <strong>&#8230; par habitude ! </strong></p><p><strong>Alors sache que ce moment-l&#224; &#8212; ce n&#8217;&#233;tait pas un &#233;chec. Parce qu&#8217;il y a des choses &#224; faire. Parce que tu n&#8217;as pas le temps pour &#231;a maintenant. Parce que &#8220;plus tard&#8221;.</p><p>Mais elle revient. L&#8217;agitation &#8212; et si c&#8217;&#233;tait un refuge ?</strong></h3><p>On ne parle pas assez de &#231;a : de la fa&#231;on si particuli&#232;re dont l&#8217;agitation peut devenir un endroit o&#249; se cacher.</p><p>Quand tu es occup&#233; &#8212; vraiment occup&#233; &#8212; tu n&#8217;as pas le temps de ressentir. Pas le temps de douter. Pas le temps de te demander si ce que tu fais a vraiment du sens, si tu es vraiment heureuse, si ta vie ressemble &#224; ce que tu voulais qu&#8217;elle soit.</p><p>Tu vois le truc ?</p><p>Parfois &#8212; juste parfois &#8212; s&#8217;arr&#234;ter est l&#8217;acte le plus courageux qu&#8217;on puisse faire. M&#234;me si &#231;a fait peur. M&#234;me si le silence est inconfortable.</p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#128173; Ce que tu &#233;vites quand tu cours</strong></h3><p>Il y a peut etre :</p><ul><li><p>quelque chose que tu ne veux pas croiser.</p></li><li><p>une question sans r&#233;ponse.</p></li><li><p>Une &#233;motion inconfortable. </p></li><li><p>Un doute sur un choix que tu as fait. </p></li><li><p>Une envie que tu n&#8217;oses pas encore nommer.</p></li><li><p>Ou simplement le silence &#8212; ce silence o&#249; tu pourrais enfin t&#8217;entendre.</p></li></ul><p>Parce que quand tout s&#8217;arr&#234;te, quand l&#8217;agenda se vide, quand les notifications se taisent&#8230; il reste toi. Juste toi. </p><p><strong>Et &#231;a, c&#8217;est parfois la chose la plus intimidante qui soit, non ?</strong></p><p>Alors tu remplis. Tu planifies, Tu optimises, Tu t&#8217;occupes. Pas par manque de discipline&#8230;.. et SURTOUT PAS parce que tu es quelqu&#8217;un de superficiel.</p><p><strong>Mais parce que le vide fait peur. Et que l&#8217;agitation, elle, donne l&#8217;impression de contr&#244;ler.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#9200; Le mensonge du &#8220;plus tard&#8221;</strong></h3><ul><li><p><em>&#8220;Quand j&#8217;aurai fini ce projet, je soufflerai.&#8221;</em></p></li><li><p><em>&#8220;Quand les enfants seront plus grands, j&#8217;aurai du temps pour moi.&#8221;</em></p></li><li><p><em>&#8220;Quand mon business sera stabilis&#233;, je ralentirai.&#8221;</em></p></li></ul><p>Tu les reconnais, ces phrases ? Tu en as dit quelques-unes. Moi aussi. On les a toutes dites. <strong>Le probl&#232;me c&#8217;est que &#8220;plus tard&#8221; n&#8217;arrive jamais vraiment</strong>.</p><p>Parce qu&#8217;il y a toujours un nouveau projet. Un nouvel objectif. Une nouvelle urgence qui justifie d&#8217;attendre encore un peu.</p><p>Le &#8220;plus tard&#8221; est un horizon qui recule &#224; mesure qu&#8217;on avance. </p><p>On pourrait courir toute une vie derri&#232;re sans jamais l&#8217;attraper.</p><p><strong>Pendant ce temps, ta vie se passe. Maintenant. Pas plus tard.</strong></p><p>Et &#231;a une fois qu&#8217;on l&#8217;a vraiment compris &#231;a change tout.</p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127754; Le moment o&#249; quelque chose bascule</strong></h3><p>Il arrive souvent de fa&#231;on inattendue et il n&#8217;est jamais spectaculaire.</p><ul><li><p>C&#8217;est un ami qui tombe malade et qui te rappelle que rien n&#8217;est acquis.</p></li><li><p>Ou une conversation qui te touche au c&#339;ur &#8212; une de celles o&#249; quelqu&#8217;un dit tout haut ce que tu pensais tout bas.</p></li><li><p>Ou juste ce moment banal, ordinaire &#8212; quelqu&#8217;un te demande <em>&#8220;tu fais quoi pour toi en ce moment ?&#8221;</em> &#8230; et o&#249; la r&#233;ponse reste vide ou compliqu&#233;e &#224; r&#233;pondre . Pas parce que tu ne fais rien. Mais parce que tout ce que tu fais, tu le fais pour quelque chose ou quelqu&#8217;un d&#8217;autre.</p></li></ul><p>Pour le projet. Pour les clients. Pour la famille. Pour les obligations.</p><p><strong>Et toi, dans tout &#231;a, tu t&#8217;es perdue quelque part entre les urgences et les attentes des autres.</strong></p><p>Ce moment-l&#224; &#8212; ce n&#8217;est pas un &#233;chec. C&#8217;est une invitation. Celle-l&#224;, tu la connais&#8230; et surtout elle dispara&#238;t avec du repos.</p><p>Non ! l&#224; ce que tu ressens, c&#8217;est autre chose.</p><p>C&#8217;est une fatigue qui s&#8217;est install&#233;e progressivement, sans pr&#233;venir. Qui s&#8217;est gliss&#233;e dans tes journ&#233;es comme la brume  &#8212; si l&#233;g&#232;re que tu ne l&#8217;as pas vue venir. Et un jour tu r&#233;alises qu&#8217;elle est l&#224; depuis longtemps. Que tu t&#8217;y es habitu&#233;e. Que tu as commenc&#233; &#224; t&#8217;habituer comme si c&#8217;&#233;tait &#8220;ton &#233;tat normal&#8221;.</p><p><strong>Mais ce n&#8217;est pas normal. Et ce n&#8217;est pas une fatalit&#233;.</strong></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#129504; Ce que personne ne t&#8217;a expliqu&#233; sur l&#8217;&#233;puisement</strong></h3><p>On t&#8217;a appris que la fatigue, &#231;a se soigne avec du repos.</p><p><em>Dors plus. Prends des vacances. D&#233;connecte.</em></p><p>Sauf que tu &#8220;tout&#8221; as essay&#233;: Tu es partie en week-end &#8230; Tu as dormi 10H &#8230;  Tu as pris quelques jours sans regarder tes mails.</p><p>Et m&#234;me avec du OFF tu es revenue aussi &#233;puis&#233;e qu&#8217;avant. Parfois + parce que cette fatigue-l&#224; ne vient pas du corps.</p><p>Elle vient de ce que ton cerveau fait en permanence, en arri&#232;re-plan. Oui oui imagine 24h/24 sans jamais  s&#8217;arr&#234;ter ! Tu t&#8217;en souviens ? </p><p>Il anticipe. Il planifie. Il r&#233;sout des probl&#232;mes avant m&#234;me qu&#8217;ils existent.<br>Il g&#232;re les relations, les tensions, les non-dits.<br>Il porte les responsabilit&#233;s &#8212; les tiennes, et souvent celles des autres.<br>Il rejoue les conversations pass&#233;es. Il pr&#233;pare celles &#224; venir.<br>Il surveille. Il ajuste. Il contr&#244;le.</p><p><strong>Ton corps se repose. Ton mental, lui, ne prend jamais de cong&#233;s.</strong></p><p>Et le sommeil &#8212; m&#234;me avec 7 ou 8H &#8212; ne recharge pas un cerveau qui tourne &#224; plein r&#233;gime.</p><p>C&#8217;est comme brancher un t&#233;l&#233;phone sur un chargeur cass&#233;. Tu attends. Ce que tu ressens vraiment &#8212; et que tu n&#8217;oses pas toujours dire</strong></h3><p>Il y a des choses qu&#8217;on ne dit pas facilement: </p><ul><li><p>Qu&#8217;on est fatigu&#233;e de sourire alors qu&#8217;on n&#8217;en a pas envie.</p></li><li><p>Qu&#8217;on est fatigu&#233;e de rassurer les autres alors qu&#8217;on a besoin d&#8217;&#234;tre rassur&#233;e soi-m&#234;me.</p></li><li><p>Qu&#8217;on est fatigu&#233;e de faire semblant que tout va bien alors que quelque chose, quelque part, ne va pas.</p></li></ul><p>Juste ce sentiment diffus que tu donnes beaucoup / Que tu t&#8217;adaptes beaucoup / Que tu portes beaucoup &#8230; Et que personne ne voit vraiment &#224; quel point.</p><p>Et si tu n&#8217;&#233;tais pas align&#233;(e) ? </p><p></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127754; Le moment o&#249; tu r&#233;alises</strong></h3><p><em><strong>SPOILER : ce moment n&#8217;est pas spectaculaire &#8230;. Mais il agit comme une renaissance &#8230; un apaisement</strong></em></p><ul><li><p>C&#8217;est ce <strong>fameux dimanche soir o&#249; l&#8217;angoisse du lundi</strong> arrive alors que le week-end n&#8217;est pas encore termin&#233;. Tu es l&#224;, sur ton canap&#233;, et au lieu de te sentir repos&#233;e tu sens d&#233;j&#224; le poids de demain s&#8217;installer .. ce fameux noeud au ventre . </p></li><li><p><strong>Ou ces vacances o&#249; tu n&#8217;arrives pas &#224; d&#233;crocher</strong>. Ton t&#233;l&#233;phone. Tes pens&#233;es. Ta liste mentale qui tourne m&#234;me au bord de la mer.</p></li><li><p>Ou cette conversation avec quelqu&#8217;un que tu aimes &#8212; ton enfant, ton partenaire, ton amie &#8212; <strong>o&#249; tu r&#233;alises que tu n&#8217;es pas vraiment l&#224;</strong>. Physiquement oui. Mais mentalement, tu es ailleurs. En train de penser &#224; autre chose. De g&#233;rer autre chose. Et si on te fais r&#233;p&#233;ter evidemment que tu ne pourras pas : car tu n&#8217;&#233;tais pas l&#224; ! </p></li><li><p>Ou ce moment o&#249; <strong>quelqu&#8217;un te demande </strong><em><strong>&#8220;et toi, comment tu vas ?&#8221;</strong></em> &#8212; vraiment &#8212; et tu ne sais pas quoi r&#233;pondre. Alors tu dis &#8220;ca va !&#8221; tu souris et tu passes &#224; autre chose. </p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong>Ce n&#8217;est pas un manque de volont&#233;. Ce n&#8217;est pas de la faiblesse.</strong></p><p>C&#8217;est ton syst&#232;me nerveux qui envoie un signal &#8230; de plus en plus fort &#8230; avant de t&#8217;en rendre compte ! Parce qu&#8217;on ne soigne pas les 3 de la m&#234;me fa&#231;on.</p><div><hr></div><h4><strong>&#9312; La fatigue cognitive</strong></h4><p>Ton cerveau a trait&#233; trop d&#8217;informations, pris trop de d&#233;cisions, r&#233;solu trop de probl&#232;mes.</p><p>Dans une journ&#233;e ordinaire, le sais tu ? Tu prends des 100aines de micro-d&#233;cisions : ce que tu veux manger , ce que tu dois/veux r&#233;pondre , ce que tu priorises, ce que tu reportes, &#8230;. chacune co&#251;te de l&#8217;&#233;nergie mentale. Et quand le r&#233;servoir est vide, tout devient difficile. Tu continues &#224; fonctionner. Tu coches des cases. Juste un mot.</em></p></blockquote><p></p><div><hr></div><h3><strong>&#127807; Ce qui recharge vraiment &#8212; et ce n&#8217;est pas ce que tu crois</strong></h3><p>Le repos passif &#8212; allong&#233; dans le canap&#233; avec la TV , les s&#233;ries, le scroll &#8212; ne recharge pas un cerveau &#233;puis&#233;. Il le met en veille. Ce n&#8217;est pas pareil.</p><p>Quand tu scrolles, ton cerveau continue de traiter des informations. Des visages, des mots, des &#233;motions, des opinions. C&#8217;est stimulant, pas reposant. Et quand tu regardes une s&#233;rie, tu restes dans un &#233;tat d&#8217;attention passive qui ne permet pas la vraie r&#233;cup&#233;ration.</p><p>On pourrait meme aller plus loin en disant que les &#233;nergies des personnes que tu croises dans le scroll se m&#234;lent avec ton &#233;nergie ( mais ca c&#8217;est un autre sujet ) </p><p>Ce qui recharge vraiment, c&#8217;est ce que les neurosciences appellent la <strong>restauration attentionnelle</strong> &#8212; des &#233;tats o&#249; le cerveau peut se r&#233;g&#233;n&#233;rer activement plut&#244;t que de simplement s&#8217;engourdir.</p><div><hr></div><h4><strong>&#127795; La nature &#8212; le rem&#232;de le plus sous-estim&#233;</strong></h4><p>20 minutes de marche dans un espace vert &#8212; sans podcast, sans t&#233;l&#233;phone, sans objectif &#8212; r&#233;duisent significativement le taux de cortisol, l&#8217;hormone du stress.</p><p>Pas besoin d&#8217;une for&#234;t. Un parc suffit. Un jardin. Une rue avec des arbres.</p><p>L&#8217;important c&#8217;est d&#8217;y aller sans rien consommer. Juste marcher. Regarder. La nuance est folle .</p><p><strong>Question 2 : Qu&#8217;est-ce que j&#8217;ai port&#233; aujourd&#8217;hui qui n&#8217;&#233;tait pas &#224; moi ?</strong><br>Les &#233;motions des autres, les probl&#232;mes des autres, les attentes des autres. Qu&#8217;est-ce que tu peux symboliquement poser l&#224;, ce soir qui ne t&#8217;appartient pas ?</p><p><strong>Question 3 : Quelle est LA CHOSE que je ferai demain pour moi &#8212; juste pour moi ?</strong><br>Pas pour &#234;tre productive. Pas pour les autres. Une chose, petite, qui compte pour toi et qui ne fait tellement plaisir </p><p>Ce rituel ne r&#233;sout pas tout. Mais il cr&#233;e quelque chose d&#8217;essentiel : <strong>l&#8217;habitude de se regarder.</strong> De se consid&#233;rer comme quelqu&#8217;un qui m&#233;rite attention.</p><p>Et &#231;a, Alors elle se dissoudra progressivement &#8230; sois patient vraiment surtout . </p><p>D&#8217;ailleurs tu n&#8217;as pas besoin de tout changer d&#8217;un coup on est pas dans une comp&#233;tition ! Retire moi ce syndrome de tout faire tout de suite : press&#233; par le temps &#8230;.  Accepte &#8230;. tu n&#8217;as aucune interet &#224; provoquer une transformation radicale.</p><p>il te faut juste commencer. Par un exercice. Par une marche. Par 5 minutes de silence demain matin.</p><p><strong>Le mouvement, m&#234;me minuscule, cr&#233;e du mouvement.</strong></p><p>Et toi &#8212; tu m&#233;rites de te sentir vivant(e). Pas juste fonctionnel(le). Pas juste une personne qui FAIT &#8230; mais qui EST ! </p><p><strong>Vivante. Recharg&#233;e. Ou plut&#244;t &#8212; tu ne t&#8217;en donnes pas le droit.</p><p></p><p>Tu es du genre &#224; :</p><ul><li><p>r&#233;pondre aux messages le soir, apr&#232;s que tout le monde soit couch&#233;</p></li><li><p>repousser ton rendez-vous chez le m&#233;decin ou l&#8217;ost&#233;o  &#8221;parce que l&#224; c&#8217;est pas le bon moment&#8221;.</p></li><li><p>dire oui alors que tout en toi voulait dire non.</p></li><li><p>t&#8217;occuper des autres &#8212; tes clients, tes proches, ton &#233;quipe, ton projet &#8212; avec une &#233;nergie que tu puises quelque part, sans trop savoir o&#249;.</p></li></ul><p>Et tu continues. Parce que c&#8217;est comme &#231;a. Parce que t&#8217;as toujours fait comme &#231;a. Parce que quelque part, tu es fi&#232;re de tenir.</p><p></p><h2>Mais voil&#224; ce que personne ne te dit.</h2><p>Ce n&#8217;est pas de la force. Pas vraiment. C&#8217;est un m&#233;canisme. Un automatisme tellement ancr&#233; que tu ne le vois m&#234;me plus.</p><p>Tu donnes. Tu livres. Tu produis. Tu souris. Tu le sais, non ????</p><p>Et pendant ce temps, quelque chose se passe dans ton corps &#8230; mais aussi dans ta t&#234;te.</p><p>Une fatigue qui n&#8217;est plus tout &#224; fait ordinaire. Une irritabilit&#233; qui arrive de nulle part. Une petite voix qui dit &#8221;mais moi, dans tout &#231;a ?&#8221; ( et &#231;a je te jure que je me le suis dit tellement de fois ) </p><p></p><div><hr></div><h2>Le moment o&#249; quelque chose bascule</h2><p>Il y a rarement un grand drame. Pas d&#8217;effondrement spectaculaire.</p><p>C&#8217;est plut&#244;t&#8230; un matin ordinaire. O&#249; tu te l&#232;ves et tu sens que quelque chose s&#8217;est &#233;teint un peu. Pas de raison pr&#233;cise. Juste cette impression que le moteur tourne &#224; vide.</p><ul><li><p>Ou c&#8217;est une phrase anodine de quelqu&#8217;un qui te dit &#8221;tu as l&#8217;air fatigu&#233;e&#8221; &#8212; et l&#224;, sans savoir pourquoi, quelque chose se serre.</p></li><li><p>Ou c&#8217;est ce rendez-vous que tu repousses encore. Et tu r&#233;alises que tu t&#8217;es mise de c&#244;t&#233; depuis bien longtemps.</p></li></ul><p>Ce moment-l&#224;, ce n&#8217;est pas une faiblesse.</p><p></p><p><em><strong>&#187;&#187;&#187; C&#8217;est ton point de bascule. Parce qu&#8217;en apparence tout va bien.<br>Mais &#224; l&#8217;int&#233;rieur&#8230; c&#8217;est un peu flou.</p><h3>SPOILER &#128541; !
